CallingID provides a simple API that empowers web applications (like web-mail and search engines) by adding an advisor about links in their web pages without installing any client software.

CallingID Link Advisor automatically checks the links users receive in their designated application before they follow them and verifies that they are safe. When the user places his/her mouse over any link received CallingID Link Advisor provides real, accurate data about the site and a straight-forward risk assessment:

• Which site will the user really visit
• Which company stands behind the site
• Is it safe to deal with the site
• Are there any known risks visiting the site
